Yes. All private CAS Trips are completely customizable around your needs. Maybe you would like to fit your trip around your curriculum, or you would like to focus more on Service or Creativity? Just tell us your preferences and leave the rest to us!
What is the booking process?
Simply fill out our enquiry form and we will provide you with a customized quote for your group within 72 hours. Then, we will guide you through our easy-to-follow 7-step planning guide and you’ll be all set.

Are free teacher places available?
Yes. We offer 1 free teacher place for every 15th student enrolled and discounts available for other traveling teachers.
Is there a minimum or maximum number of participants?
For private CAS Trips, there is a minimum participant number of 8 students and a maximum number of 120. The only exception is CAS Trips Bhutan which has a 25-student maximum. For our Global Student Exchange program, there is no minimum or maximum number and individual participants are free to join.
Will CAS Trips provide in-school marketing materials?
Yes. Once you have approved your school’s customized program, we will provide posters, brochures and information booklets.
Will someone meet us at the airport?
Yes. Your dedicated CAS Trips guide will be waiting at your gate and will assist in escorting the group to your private airport transfer.
Is the airport transfer included in the price?
Yes. Private airport transfers are included.
Will someone accompany us throughout our stay?
Yes, each group is assigned a dedicated CAS Trips tour guide. The guide is responsible for the organization and running of transport, meals and activities, allowing you to focus on student welfare.
Are flights included?
No. CAS Trips do not provide international flights but we can facilitate them through our international travel partners, at STA Educational Travel.
Will dietary requirements be catered for?
Yes. All meals are included in your CAS Trips experience and, provided CAS Trips is given sufficient advance notice, all dietary requirements will be catered for.
Are risk assessments provided?
All CAS Trips activities are fully risk assessed. Risk assessments can be provided upon request.
Will students receive a CAS Trips certificate?
Participating students will engage in some truly remarkable activities while on a CAS Trip which would enhance any personal portfolio. Certificates of achievement will be produced upon request.
What is CAS Trips' cancellation policy?
We know that circumstances can change and therefore we have a generous cancellation policy, which varies per trip. Please ask for more details.
How do we secure a CAS Trips booking?
A CAS Trip is not confirmed until a non-refundable group deposit of 30% is received. This must be paid upon receiving an invoice, by international bank transfer at least 12 weeks prior to arrival. The final balance payment is then payable at least 6 weeks prior to arrival.
